A few of you recognised the long lines of the 1988 Toyota 2.0-litre Celica GT cabriolet although no-one got the exact date.

The Celica is a long-standing model name for Toyota, which has spawned various coupés over the years under this mantle.

The 1988 model pictured is a fourth generation car, produced from March 1987 until November 1988. It’s a car of excess – typical for the time – and measures 4,410mm in length.

The four valves per cylinder, 1998cc engine produces 148bhp, while the body styling allows for four people but has access from just the two doors.

Now, we have another interior for you.

As always, the branding has been removed, but many of you will have wrapped your hands around a similar steering wheel at some point over the years!
