David Chittenden has replaced Robert Hilton as head of Colliers CRE's automotive and roadside group.

Hilton has moved to create a new automotive property investment company, focused on Europe, in partnership with Colliers Capital, the fund management arm of Colliers CRE.

He will be joined by Colliers' associate director Scott Gilhooly who will head acquisitions for the venture.

Chittenden's focus is on growing his group's services in the UK. His 15-strong team advised clients including Arnold Clark, Peugeot Motor Company, Kwik Fit and Inchcape last year.
