Fuchs gets new marketing man

Fuchs Lubricants has appointed ex-Total OEM and marketing manager Richard Barrett as its own UK marketing manager.

Barrett will report directly to Russell Kenyon, the company’s UK sales and marketing director, and will be based at the company’s Hanley headquarters.

During his time at Total, Barrett occupied three different roles, those being commercial manger for four years, followed by a two-year period as OEM manager before moving on to be OEM and marketing manager for his final three years at the company. The latter of these roles saw Barratt in charge of Total’s European brand liaison and the automotive marketing activity for both Total and Elf in the UK.
