Mercedes-Benz South West is offering 5,000 miles of free fuel with every new model registered in September.

The offer is available from the group’s sites in Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton and Truro.

A cheque will be paid to the buyer on purchase for the cost of 5,000 miles, calculated from the official combined fuel consumption figure of that respective model and the price of petrol or diesel as of 12th September.

For example, a customer could recoup £1,275 on buying a Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, priced £51,425.

“Despite the economic uncertainty, we are continuing to sell cars but are very conscious of the rising price of fuel and living costs,” said Mike Wickins, Mercedes-Benz South West’s managing director.

“We’re therefore constantly looking at ways of lowering motoring costs for new and existing customers and this fuel incentive is the latest idea that we have introduced to highlight the affordability of Mercedes-Benz ownership,” he added.

“Other measures already in place include low rate funding packages, a price match on servicing, parts and repairs and a loyalty programme offering special offers and reduced rates for owners of vehicles over three years old.”
