Fined £10,500 for failing to protect employees

Tews Engineering in Petersfield, Hampshire, has been fined £10,500 and ordered to pay £10,500 in costs after admitting failing to protect the health of employees.

It had ignored employee Bill Leanard’s request to change roles after he began suffering hand arm vibration syndrome from repeated use of vibrating power tools.
