Arnold Clark is investing in its Preston Motorstore and creating new jobs.
It is undertaking a £1.3m pound refurbishment of the outlet, and will increase the number of cars stocked from 125 to nearly 200.
The expansion will create a need for more sales executives, technicians, office staff and valeters.
General manager Philip Northard said: "Obviously, with more cars on site we need more people to sell them and that is the reason behind the recruitment drive."
