Brindley Group has opened a Volvo dealership in Wolverhampton, adding to its existing 12 multi-franchise sites.

Chairman Robin Brindley said: “Volvo owners have been clamouring for a local dealership for sometime, having had to travel a long way for servicing. We are delighted to have been awarded the franchise for the area.

“We have been fortunate to employ a number of staff with extensive Volvo experience after the recent closure of the Stafford dealership.”

Brindley said customers will be offered after-sales care with a large service department, immediate parts availability and welcoming staff, including the new dealerships general manager Peterjohn Durrell, sales manager Simon Passman and service manager Stuart Hopcraft.

Opening offers include free winter checks on any Volvo and a 10% discount on normal servicing prices.

The new dealership has opened at Birches Bridge Codsall where the group was founded 78 years ago.

It previously held the group’s Honda franchise which moved to larger premises in spring.
