Mazda UK launches aftermarket retention scheme

Mazda UK has launched a new accident aftercare service to help retain customers to its authorised repairer network.

‘Call Mazda First’ is free for Mazda customers involved in a vehicle accident or as victims of automobile theft.

Customers can call one telephone number and their claim will be managed, including liaison with insurers and sorting out a courtesy car free of charge.

All accidents, regardless of fault, are directed through Mazda’s approved accident repair network.

Mazda currently has 171 authorised repairers as well as a network of 177 Mazda approved accident repair centres (MAARC’s).
