Nissan has introduced a new trim level to its Qashqai range to fit between its Acenta and top of the range Tekna grades.Nissan Qashqai N-tec

The new N-tec trim is priced from £17,645 and is available on both Qashqai and Qashqai+2 bodystyles and across all engines, transmissions and body colours. It features Nissan’s Connect system, which has a built in reversing camera, touch screen satellite navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, MP3 player USB port, 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic glass roof, rear privacy glass, satin silver roof rails and door handles, auto-dimming rear-view mirror and silver alloy pedals.

Although attractively priced, Nissan is currently making the Qashqai and Qashqai+2 even more affordable through an innovative peace-of-mind finance scheme. The dynamic duo's 36 months zero per cent APR offer, with a minimum 30 per cent deposit, benefits from 12 months free 'Just In Case' package.

This is designed to protect customers should they be in the unfortunate position to lose their job through redundancy, accident or sickness, within the first 12 months of the finance agreement. Alternatively there's the option of a 6.9 per cent APR PCP deal over 36 or 48 months with a deposit of just 10 per cent.

The flagship Tekna range has been adjusted too with the addition of xenon headlamps with washers, body-coloured door handles, ESP, black leather trim, heated front seats and keyless entry/ignition. The Tekna also gets the Nissan Connect system as standard.

The introduction of new N-tec and revised Tekna models coincides with the availability of metallic colour “nightshade” across the range.

Both Qashqai and Qashqai+2 n-tec and Tekna derivatives can be ordered now from Nissan dealerships with first deliveries expected in early May.
