Solera group is consolidating the leadership of its HPI and Audatex companies under managing director Joe Doyle.

The change is effective from July 1, as Audatex managing director Paul Tucker is retiring to recuperate after a period of ill health.

Tucker will return as a special consultant to Solera once his health improves.

Doyle has been managing director of HPI since 2006 and remained in the role after its acquisition by Solera last year.

Tony Aquila, chairman and chief executive of Solera, said: “I would personally like to thank Paul for his dedication and commitment to Audatex and Solera and look forward to working with him in his advisory capacity in the future.

"I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Joe on his appointment and to thank our associates and customers who have worked diligently to support us through this transition.”

Doyle said: “I am delighted to take up this exciting new role which will allow us to focus on optimizing the strengths and resources of Audatex and HPI and to explore, develop and deliver the many synergies that exist for all our stakeholders.

"Our priority is to maintain the highest levels of service and continue to add even greater value for our customers in the future.”
