Skoda has taken over 4,500 orders through the Government scrappage scheme.

According to the Czech manufacturer, nine out of 10 of the orders are conquest sales.

Out of the total 4,521 orders, 1,991 have been delivered to customers so far.

Fabia is the best-selling Škoda to scrappage customers, accounting for 81% of the total. Octavia orders total 673, or 15% of the total, followed by 134 Roomster orders and 40 Superbs.
