Seat is expanding its Ecomotive range with its Altea, Altea XL and Leon models which means dealers will have more flexibility to offer customers models with lower emissions.

The new Altea Ecomotive and Altea XL Ecomotive record official emissions figures of 119 g/km carbon dioxide.

The Leon Ecomotive improves on its previous CO2 performance by 20g/km reducing emissions down to 99 g/km. The Ecomotive model features auto start/stop and energy recuperation functions which have been mated to its 1.6-litre common rail diesel engine.

The trio of new Ecomotive models are expected to make their debut on UK roads early in 2010, with precise pricing and specification details being confirmed closer to their official on-sale dates.
