Seat is reporting a steady expansion, renewal and enhancement of the almost 130-strong dealer network.

This has been helped through the Seat Mania initiative which supports dealers in refreshing showrooms to introduce a dash more ‘auto emoción’.

The Mania initiative offers a package of bespoke furniture, artwork and wall coverings that’s tailored to the individual needs of each dealership.

A brand designer helps each dealer principal select the package that best suits their showroom, while Seat UK makes a "significant contribution" to the cost of the redesign, materials and furniture.

To date, more than half the dealer network has undergone the Mania transformation, with the rest on track to complete their ‘makeovers’ by early 2011.

Richard Harrison, head of operations at Seat UK, explained: "With showrooms all over the country undergoing the Seat Mania makeover the appearance of our dealerships is quickly coming into line with the look of our sporty, young and design-driven range of models.

"The feedback we’ve had around the Mania programme has been excellent with many dealers commenting that staff and customers alike love the fresh new look."
