Skoda launches 'customer promise' initiative

 

Skoda has launched its newest pledge - the Skoda Customer Promise.

The aim of the new promise is to ensure that being a Skoda driver is an enjoyable experience.

The manufacturer plans to draw on its dealers' "expertise and attention to detail, coupled with their honest advice and quality care of service".

The promise is designed to cover all aspects of the customers’ experience from booking their vehicle in for a service to follow-up contact once they have driven their car away.

John Bower, Skoda UK head of aftersales, explained: “Customer satisfaction has long been at the heart of everything that we do...With the introduction of the new Skoda Customer Promise our retailers will be able to promote the high quality of service that they offer, which will allow us to achieve our ultimate aim of creating an easy, enjoyable experience for all our customers throughout their motoring life.”
