Alphera has rolled out a contact management system to help dealers increase their customer retention.

The finance house is offering the system free-to-use for its partner motor retailers and brokers, as the centrepiece of its CRM support service.

The system, which has been in development for two years, provides dealers with a suite of customer communication and retention tools when they log in to their area of Alphera’s Partner Infonet.

Email alerts automatically advise dealers when they have new end of contract and settlement leads, prompting them of the opportunity to call the customer. 

Partners can also download marketing resources such as letter templates and call scripts.

“This is a major new asset for our partners," said Alphera director Spencer Halil.

"The days of waiting for sales opportunities simply to walk in off the street are long gone.

“We expect to play our part in helping our Partners to make the most of their existing customer base.
