Aston Barclay Group, the fleet vehicle remarketing company, has appointed Alan Henson as its new national sales director.

He is responsible for car manufacturers, leasing companies, rental operators and large fleet operators.

Henson will work alongside his predecessor, David Scarborough, who has moved into the newly created role of commercial director as part of a restructure designed to facilitate the acceleration of the company’s growth.

Henson joins Aston Barclay Group from RL Polk & Co, a global automotive information and marketing solutions provider, where he was key account manager. Prior to this he held management positions at Glass’s Information Services and RAC Motoring Services.
