Stratstone of Doncaster has become the first BMW and Mini dealer to score maximum ratings in both sales and servicing from customers of each car brand.

The dealership, which is part of Pendragon group, has gained five stars in every element of the brands' new satisfaction ratings.

BMW/Mini launched a website facility in late September which allows the public to view the customer satisfaction performance.

The five-star ratings system has already resulted in significant improvements across the German company’s 148-strong UK network of BMW and Mini dealers, said managing director Tim Abbott.
