Mazda has won a 38-vehicle fleet deal with insurance IT solutions provider CDL (Cheshire Datasystems Limited).

CDL will take delivery of 38 Mazda6 2.2 5dr TS 127bhp diesel models through its local Mazda dealer RRG Group in Stockport. A further CDL requirement was for all the cars to be serviced locally through the RRG Group Mazda centre.

Mazda said the deal was worth almost £750,000 at showroom prices, but did not reveal how much the fleet deal with CDL actually went for.

Andy Houston, group fleet sales manager for RRG Group, said: "RRG Group is close neighbours of CDL and the two companies have a long-standing business partnership.

“We have been able to put together a special service and maintenance parts and labour package for CDL and look forward to keeping their company cars on the road for many years to come."
