March will see the addition of a new entry-level model to BMW's 3 Series Coupe range.

The 318i SE Coupe will be priced from £26,995.

It's powered by a 143bhp 2.0-litre petrol engine, which manages 0-62mph in 9.1 seconds and returns 44.8mpg combined economy.

Emissions are 146g/km, putting the car in VED band F so taxing it costs £125 a year.

BMW expects it to appeal to company car drivers with just 19% BIK while its sub-160g/km CO2 means that it attracts a 20% write down allowance.
