Vauxhall appoints fleet aftersales development manager

Vauxhall has appointed Ian Dugdale as its fleet aftersales development manager.

Dugdale is field-based and will be working alongside Andy Boocock, fleet programmes and systems manager, to develop and promote the Vauxhall aftersales offering to its fleet customers.

For the last 10 years, Dugdale has worked for a top 50 contract hire company where he was responsible for most areas of the business including managing aftersales, fleet management and customer care.

He is also a qualified motor vehicle technician and has previously worked within Vauxhall retailers and independent workshops.

His role will be to increase aftersales part sales to self-maintaining fleets, as well as improving service retention for Vauxhall fleet aftersales.
