The RMI has upgraded its Reassure Warranty offering for its members following a deal with Warranty Direct.

The new product will carry the RMI’s branding as well as Warranty Direct’s branding. The claim limits are increased so that the warranty now covers up to the purchase price value of a vehicle.

Duncan McClure Fisher, Warranty Direct managing director, said: “In other words, if a £10,000 vehicle needs a £10,000 repair then the warranty will pay up to this amount.

“Furthermore, the warranty also now includes roadside assistance and recovery for customers, which carries no cost to the dealer.”
