Vertu Motors signs the Foxy promise

Vertu Motors’ network of dealerships have signed up to the Foxy Promise to “never overcharge, patronise or sell women services they don’t need or want to buy’.

All brands under Vertu Motors including Bristol Street Motors, Macklin Motors and Bristol Street Motor Nation will now encourage female customers to tell Foxy about their latest garage experience which is then shared online for other women to read.

Cath Thompson, group aftersales marketing manager for Vertu Motors, said: “All of our dealerships promote the same core values that the customer comes first and the service provided is of the highest quality, whether they are male or female.

“It’s great that our dealerships have been recognised as businesses which women can feel confident in approaching and where they are happy with the quality customer service provided.
