A Bradford dealer has put up a £5,000 reward to help police catch a pair of armed robbers who threatened him with a gun at his car dealership.

Shak Shah dared the masked gunman to shoot him as he defended his business, Shak’s Specialist Cars in Bradford, during the raid.

Three male members of staff were also in the showroom, one of whom was held up against a wall by the other robber who was armed with a crowbar.

Shah said of one of the robbers: "He had a gun pointing right at my head, then he put it towards my chest and kept shouting, ‘Where’s the money’.”

“We don’t have any money on the site.

“I said, ‘If you’ve got the guts shoot me’".

Shah managed to escape the showroom, chased by the robbers, and was able to lock them inside.

The robbers then took two mobile phones and escaped by shooting at a padlock on the door.

Both suspects were masked with black balaclavas and both were wearing grey Adidas hooded tops and dark tracksuit bottoms.

Shah said the reward would be paid to anyone who can provide information which leads to the conviction of the robbers. (Source: Bradford Telegraph and Argus)
