Andrew West, formerly Vauxhall's retail network development director, has been appointed aftersales director and has responsibility for all Vauxhall UK & Opel Ireland aftersales, sales and marketing and warehouse operations.

West has worked for Vauxhall for 13 years, taking in network and franchising field operations for the last 10 years. Prior to this he held a number of senior roles at Peugeot and Nissan.

Replacing his as retail network director is Andy Robson.

Previously Vauxhall’s national retail sales manager, Robson has been at Vauxhall 26 years, joining the company as a business apprentice. During that time he has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing.

Both report directly to Duncan Aldred, Vauxhall’s Managing Director.
