Citroen has revealed the 11 dealers that will be selling its C-Zero electric car in the UK.

Deliveries for the new model have now started and 11 have been selected to make up the ‘Citroën electric vehicle specialist dealer network’ to provide geographical coverage of the UK and are typically located in larger cities and areas associated with the Government’s infrastructure support - known as Plugged-in Places.

The locations of Citroën’s EV specialist dealers are as follows:

• Citroën Slough Slough
• City Motors Bristol
• Perrys Milton Keynes Milton Keynes
• Citroën Birmingham Birmingham
• Citroën Manchester Manchester
• Springfield- Gateshead Gateshead
• Citroën Glasgow Glasgow
• Citroën Edinburgh Edinburgh
• Donnelly Bros Dungannon

All of Citroën’s EV specialist dealers will provide a C-Zero demonstrator for customer test drives, plus an electric vehicle charging bay - complete with a charging post, hard standing and signage.

Citroen has not revealed what sort of financial investment is required from dealers or whether the French brand will help out with the costs involved.

Each C-Zero dealer will also have two nominated sales and two aftersales electric vehicle specialists who will be fully trained, with access to all the necessary special tools and equipment to prepare, service and maintain the new C-Zero city car.

Available exclusively from one of Citroën’s new EV dealers, Citroën customers use the Government’s £5,000 Plug-in Car Grant via a lease package for business and private at £415 per month (excl. VAT) over four years or 40,000 miles. The offer includes the lease of the vehicle, the battery pack, and all scheduled servicing and maintenance.
