Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched a ‘Knowledge is Power’ marketing campaign for the launch of its Amarok pick-up featuring outdoor, press, online and retail activity along with social media, mobile and nationwide outdoor campaigns.
The new Amarok officially went on sale on May 9, which co-ordinated with the launch of a series of press and online ads aimed to drive consumers to a dedicated channel on YouTube, www.vwamarok.co.uk
This features a 360 degree viewer and films demonstrating the Amarok’s intelligent use of power when it was given the opportunity to be the first pick-up to be used to demolish a 140 tonne steel tower.
