This month Martec Europe celebrates 20 years of helping Motor Manufacturers and Automotive Retail Groups, to be successful, through providing exceptional customer experiences to their prospects and customers.
To mark the occasion, on Sunday 26th June, Martec's employees and their families gathered in glorious sunshine to celebrate with a BBQ and an afternoon of family fun. Camberley Audi, one of Martec's 39 Audi Centre clients, the head office for Colborne Garages group, and Martec's longest established customers, provided extra pizzazz for the day in the shape of an Audi R8 Spyder, giving everyone a great photo opportunity.
Twenty years is a long time in the motor trade and Martec have been able to maintain their
leadership position by keeping pace with technology and the ever changing culture of the business.
Martec started out in business delivering on-site sales training to car salespeople. It soon became apparent that training alone was only part of the business improvement solution and from studying and listening to literally millions of dealer and client interactions, they developed a range of training, monitoring and follow-up programmes that are appropriate to all customer facing staff and their managers.
These highly effective and successful solutions to sluggish sales were soon re-branded as
TelephoneSuccess™ and a face to face training programme SalesSuccess™ was added to up-skill all customer facing staff in the showroom and service reception.
Today, in addition to the original programmes, Martec’s suite of unique Business Improvement Solutions include ShowroomScout™, a sales lead qualifying and follow-up service and Mentor.net, an online contact management system, ensuring that their solutions cover the three key personal communications channels - telephone, face to face and e-mail.
