Autoglass customers can now arrange to book their vehicle’s windscreen repairs through Facebook with the launch of a new application.
The Facebook application provides a personalised booking service for motorists. It enables users to determine if their damaged vehicle glass can be repaired or will have to be replaced.
The app advises of the likely cost and offers a choice of time, date and location for the work to be carried out before submitting the booking.
Most F-commerce activities take customers out of Facebook to complete the transaction, however the new Autoglass app, enables users to complete the two functions; assessment and booking without moving out of the site.
