A long-serving Suzuki dealer has gone into voluntary liquidation.

Prentice Cars in Portadown, Northern Ireland, had held the Japanese franchise since 1990.

Run by Paul Prentice, it ceased trading recently with the loss of 10 jobs.

A CVL agreement gives scope for a company owner to rescue the value of the firm and transfer that value into a new, debt-free company.

Prentice Cars was run by Paul Prentice.
