Eco City Vehicles, the developer and supplier of the London licensed Mercedes Vito taxi, announced Steven McCarthy as its chief operating officer.
McCarthy had held managerial positions within the Lexus and Peugeot franchised networks prior to joining ECV's retail subsidiary KPM in 1997.
John Swingewood, chairman of ECV, said: "The board welcomes Steve's appointment as a director of ECV and is looking forward to working with him at board level."
As editor, Tim is responsible for the media content, planning and production of AM's multiple channels (AM print and digital magazines, website, social media and contributing to our events planning). He interviews and writes about as many franchised dealer groups and UK divisions of motor manufacturers as possible, to explore the issues facing UK motor retail and understand what solutions dealers and suppliers are using to overcome these.
