The NFDA have secured a number of complimentary passes to the Franchised Dealer Conference on June 14 which it wishes to give away to dealers, both members and non-members.

The conference, which will be held in association with NFDA at Chesford Grange Hotel near Warwick, will feature presentations from experts inside and outside the automotive industry, with the event headlined by Andrew McMillan, former head of customer service at the John Lewis Partnership.

He'll continue his presentation theme from last year starting with a brief reminder of the importance of customer experience. He will then go on to examine in greater detail definition and leadership; the two most important requirements of delivering and maintaining a great customer experience.

The Franchised Dealer Conference will cover three key areas that are vital to a successful motor retail business with debate and discussion on people, profit and performance throughout the day.

For a chance to be awarded one of the free NFDA tickets dealers must email nicola.baxter@bauermedia.co.uk with Franchised Dealer Conference in the subject line.
