AM launches new Hit For Six conference

Advice, inspiration and analysis on six of the most critical areas of running an automotive dealership in today’s market are to be provided in a one-day conference from AM.

Taking place at the Quadrangle Conference Centre, Oxford, on November 13, the conference has been devised for time-poor senior managers, dealer principals and divisional directors who want to benefit from intelligent analysis and comment in vital areas of the business.

Hit For Six explores the fundamental issues facing new cars, used cars, aftersales, F&I, the digital arena and profit, bringing together experts and dealer case studies to enable delegates to gain valuable insight and tangible solutions under one roof in one day.

Sponsors include recruitment and training agency TalentStream, Trader Media Group and MAPFRE ABRAXAS and promises to deliver practical advice which can be implemented on return to the dealership with positive results.

New and used car speakers will take a closer look at the current retail environment and nuances effecting performance in the market as well as predictions for the short term.

Aftersales will explore the pressures and sustainability; the reliance on F&I as a revenue booster and alternative finance solutions; and the all-important digital arena is always a favourite topic among delegates at every AM conference.

Finally, while AM’s ‘profit’ speaker will look at the areas where a small difference can make all the difference – think of the Olympic athlete who wins gold by one hundredth of a second, sometimes that’s all it takes to be ahead of the game.

Hit For Six has been designed to enable delegates to focus on vital areas in a succinct, accessible and knowledgeable manner while delivering advice that’s easy and effective to implement.

For senior personnel who want to make a difference but struggle to find the time to attend AM’s single-themed conferences, this is an absolute must.

The full line-up of speakers will be announced shortly.
