Vauxhall Sunderland wins customer satisfaction award

Bristol Street Motors’ Vauxhall Sunderland dealership has been presented with a Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award.

From more than 40,000 customer responses nationwide, it was among the top 50 Vauxhall dealerships for ‘going the extra mile’ in 2012.

General manager at the Alexandra Avenue site, Jass Singh, accepted the award from Gavin Lochhead, Vauxhall’s manufacturing planning strategy manager.

Singh said: “We are absolutely delighted to be named as one of the UK’s best Vauxhall dealerships for customer service, and would like to thank all of our customers for helping us to secure this fantastic award.

“We will be doing our very best to ensure that we score even higher next year.”

Lochhead added: “At Vauxhall, we recognise that Sunderland has gone that extra mile to help our customers and make their purchasing and servicing experiences as positive as possible.

“The award really is a representation of the hard work that has gone into their consistent standards and all round high performance."
