VW Group is recalling 8,830 VW Up, Seat Mii and Skoda Citigo models in the UK due to an issue with an airbag control unit.
It affects 6,395 Ups, 1,563 Citigos and 872 Seat Miis built between January 14 and March 19 this year.
The recall notice states that some vehicles may be fitted with airbag control units with incorrect parameters and deactivated diagnostic function which could lead to potential faults being missed.
