Alfa dealer Mangoletsi joins Citroen's ranks

The UK's longest serving Alfa Romeo dealer has added a Citroen franchise.

Mangoletsi, a family business with more than 40 years' trading experience, will now also represent the French volume brand at Knutsford, Cheshire.

Citroen said the appointment will close a long-standing open point in the region.

Fraser Hudson, managing director of Mangoletsi, said: “We are situated in the perfect market for the DS product line and see the full Citroën range as a real complement to the products we currently supply. We have a wealth of experience in this area and will use it to get Citroën off to a flying start.”

Mangoletsi also represents Subaru at the same location.

Citroën’s head of network development, Jonathan Sloan, added: “It’s been a busy start to 2013, with four new sites already opened, but we are especially pleased to have Mangoletsi on board. This is a company that matches our commitment to customer satisfaction one hundred per cent.

"We are impressed with the quality of its facility in Knutsford and the commitment, dedication and ambition of its team. We see an excellent fit with our products and the area it serves.”

AMi data shows Citroen's network now stands at 197 sites.
