MG has expanded its network in the North East with the appointment of Wingrove Motor Company to a key open point in Newcastle, and the addition two new aftersales centres.

Purpose built at a cost of more than £100,000, the 200sq.m. Wingrove showroom is four miles from the city’s famous Metrocentre.

Managing director at Wingrove, Louise Parker-Dalkin, said: “It’s fabulous to be involved with such an iconic sporting brand as MG.

“Everyone here is so impressed with both the MG6 and the MG3. They drive superbly, as well as offering great value for money.

“We know the new MG range will be a great success in the North East and we can’t wait to start showing the cars off to our customers.”

Wingrove has a turnover of £20m+ and also represents Citroen, Subaru, Isuzu and Great Wall.

The two new service centres will be at MG Newcastle North, in Cramlington, and MG Newcastle East, in Wallsend.
