Mitsubishi Motors appoints Tricia Kuzyk as customer service manager

Mitsubishi Motors has recruited Tricia Kuzyk (pictured) as its new customer services manager to keep up with its sales growth.

Tricia has 25 years’ experience in customer services and joins the Cirencester-based headquarters from the financial services industry. She has worked in a number of roles in customer services, including the utilities sector.

Kuzyk said: “In the short time I have been at Mitsubishi I have seen a real passion for customer service displayed by everyone and I am really pleased and excited to be working with people who show so much enthusiasm and commitment towards our cars, customers, partners and each other.

“Staff really ‘live and breathe’ our mission statement by striving to provide outstanding levels of customer service at every opportunity. This is an exciting time to be joining the business.”

One of Tricia’s first tasks will be to implement a new contact management system which will bring benefits to all those working with Mitsubishi.

“At the same time it will create some exciting development opportunities so I can’t wait to be involved in something that is really going to help us improve delivery of an already great service,” she said.
