CAS brought into Manheim Retail Services

Complete Automotive Solutions, the automotive software firm, is being brought under the umbrella of Manheim Retail Services following its acquisition by the global automotive group this summer.

The announcement of CAS becoming a division of Manheim Retail Services comes as it launches an upgraded version of its call recording and reporting system, Voicesafe, branded Voicesafe Enterprise.

It uses cloud-based storage and can be accessed from any mobile device.

It is not the first time the two companies have worked together, with CAS products already integrated into two of Manheim Retail Services' systems; MLM (Manheim Lead Management) and RTC (Manheim Aftersales).

David Lloyd, director of innovations at Manheim Retail Services, said: "Manheim Retail Services is known for its award winning customer service, and we recognise the potential boost to customer service that comes with Voicesafe Enterprise."

Manheim is a subsidiary of Cox Automotive.
