Citroën appoints Autorola for online remarketing

Citroën has selected Autorola as the online remarketing partner for its 200-strong UK dealer network.

The agreement, which covers both cars and LCVs, will open up Citroën’s over age and non-franchise used stock to over 2,000 trade buyers.

The agreement went live on 1 January and nearly 15% of the 10,000 vehicles currently for sale on Autorola Autofind are now Citroëns.

Mark Perry, Citroën UK’s used car manager, commented: “We have seen good growth for Citroën used cars since 2012 and this new agreement will help increase stock turn for our dealer network.

“The majority of the network has already signed up to the online portal as it provides another step in maximising their used car efficiencies.”

Jon Mitchell, Autorola UK’s sales director, added: “The Citroën programme has been one of the quickest to get off the ground of any partner agreement.

“Citroën cars and vans are proving popular with buyers and residual values are strong.”
