Skoda appoints head of service and parts operations

Skoda UK has appointed Warren Richards as its new head of service and parts operations.

Richards will take up his new role on June 16, 2014, replacing Owen Shepherd, who has taken a role within Volkswagen Group as head of group parts operations.

Richards joined Volkswagen Group in 2003 as parts planning manager in group services having been a brand manager with Continental Tyres. Other roles in group services followed before his first position with Skoda, as product marketing manager.
