Buckinghamshire car dealer Platts Motor Company has installed the DealerPro DMS from Pentana Solutions.
Platts, which represents Hyundai and Ford franchises in Marlow and High Wycombe, favoured Pentana Solutions open approach to integrating third party specialist solutions providers, said managing director Tim Platt.
DealerPRO has been specifically scaled to support Platts differing sales operations and their multi-franchised service departments. Pentana Solutions willingness to integrate with the latest diagnostic and eVHC systems that Platts wishes to use was part of the decision making criteria for Platts. Further integrations with Platts preferred front-end solutions are underway.
DealerPRO Business Intelligence - which is standard and a core part of the DMS - provides Platts with real-time insight into its operations which it did not previously have.
Pentana Solutions is a global organisation with a presence amongst OEMs,
groups and dealers in Europe.
The company is now rolling out its DealerPro DMS and other specialist automotive solutions in the UK.
