Six colleagues from Bristol Street Motors Crewe Vauxhall are to join the annual St Luke's Midnight Walk fundraiser.
Leading the team is Demi Holloway, assistant accountant at the dealership, known for her longstanding dedication to the hospice cause.
Demi, who regularly organises bake-offs to raise funds for St Luke's, said: “There are a lot of local charities that don't get the support they deserve, and St Luke's runs predominantly from donations. Every year, we aim to raise more money than the last to show as much support as we can for the incredible work they're doing.”
The team has set an initial fundraising target of £500 but aims ambitiously for £1,000 to maximise their support for the hospice's vital services.
Matthew Knowles, general manager of Bristol Street Motors Crewe Vauxhall, praised the team's initiative, noting the hospice's crucial role in providing care and support to the community.
The St Luke's Midnight Walk, scheduled for the end of June, is a significant community event that brings together supporters who walk through the night to benefit the hospice.
