Marshall Motor Holdings has opened its new £5.5m Exeter Audi facility for business at it eyes "continued growth" with the premium German brand.

The new showroom, in Matford, Exeter, includes a 15-car showroom, 15-bay workshop and customers can use a service lane drive-In to drop off their vehicle for service, the AM100 retailer said.

Two private customer lounges allow space for customers to configure your perfect Audi online, meanwhile, or ponder their purchasing decision after viewing the site’s 70 Approved Used Cars.

Marshall said that Exeter Audi had seen significant growth in both sales and aftersales over the past four years and the new facility would provide the capacity to meet the continued growth expected with an ever increasing product range.

John Fairman, the group’s head of business at Exeter Audi, said: “The opening of the new facility in Matford is an extremely exciting time for the team and look forward to welcoming customers into their new Audi Terminal.

“Upon arrival the customer benefits are evident: additional customer parking plus, with the drive-In service and hospitality facilities we have the base to deliver both exceptional and memorable customer experiences.”

Marshall chief executive Daksh Gupta added: “The relocation of our existing Audi dealership in Exeter represents a substantial investment for Marshall and demonstrates our commitment to both our customers, our colleagues and Audi, as one of the UK's largest retail partners."
