Autobase has opened MG’s 92nd franchised dealership in Wednesbury as part of a dual-brand showroom which also feature a Citroen franchise.
Autobase new facility has benefited from a comprehensive upgrade as part of its twinning of the two brands and now features a five-car showroom and space for up to 60 pre-owned vehicles.
Autobase’s director and dealer principal, Ali Allibhai, said: “The brand’s ethos fits with our family-owned business perfectly where the customer is always at the centre of everything we do.”
The site holds an eight-bay garage for service and maintenance, alongside ample visitor parking.
To meet future demand the new dealership has also upgraded its on-site facilities for electric vehicles (EVs) with a charging bay and the capability to service and maintain zero-emissions vehicles.

Autobase represents the 12th new dealership opening for MG Motor UK in 2019 alone.
