Eastbourne Suzuki was crowned National Dealer of the Year at the Suzuki GB national dealer conference in Tenerife recently.
J&J Motors Suzuki in Bridgend received a trophy for Best Customer Experience.
All dealerships within Suzuki’s nationwide network were evaluated using the same criteria to determine the regional, national and customer experience winners. They were assessed on the percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, sales and service customer experience, number of parts and also quantity of accessories sold. The figures were then aggregated on a balanced scorecard to reveal the top dealer in each of the categories.
Suzuki's management also presented Regional Dealer of the Year awards to Eastbourne Suzuki, Luscombe Suzuki Leeds, Fleming Brothers of Hunstanton, Cumbria Suzuki, Roadworthy Suzuki of Bristol and C&M McDonald of Aberdeen.
Dale Wyatt, director of automobile at Suzuki GB, said: “It is an honour to again recognise the achievements of our network over the last twelve months which was even more important due to market conditions and the heavy restrictions on supply we continue to experience.
"We would like to congratulate all our award winners, they have shown exemplary standards of work and customer service, and without them, we would not be in the strong position that we find ourselves in today as we head into a new year and our new vision for the future.
"Congratulations, and we look forward to enjoying further success and another formal celebration together in 2023.”
The gala dinner also recognised 15 dealers for long service awards with the Suzuki brand. :
A 10 Years Long Service award was presented to Ipswich Suzuki, Park's - Coatbridge, Park's - Irvine, Chapelhouse Suzuki Southport and Worthing Suzuki.
A 15 Years Long Service award was presented to Town & Country Cars Ash, Colin Appleyard Cars (Bradford), Gwyndaf Evans Motors, Leask Motors, and W J King (Welling).
A 20 Years Long Service award was presented to Stoneacre Hull.
A 25 Years Long Service award was presented to J & J Motors Limited (Swansea) and Hilton Suzuki.
A 30 Years Long Service award went to Ludlow Motors and Pebley Beach (Swindon).
