“This remarkable score for Howards, coupled with a sentiment score of 92 and a perfect engagement score of 100, reflects the group's active involvement and proactive engagement with their customer base,” it said.

Published by Reputation which is an independent data science organisation that captures real world customer views, its latest 2023 report highlights the significant role of consumer feedback in the automotive industry.

Despite industry challenges, such as economic uncertainties and higher car prices, there has been an 11% surge in automotive consumer review volumes in 2023.

Consumer feedback is identified as a crucial influencer in the automotive customer journey, with 84% of customers acknowledging that reviews significantly influenced their choice of dealership in 2023. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that 93% of Gen Z consumers rely on reviews for their purchasing decisions.
