Isle of Wight-based dealer Leslie’s has been crowned overall Suzuki’s National Dealer of the Year

All dealerships within Suzuki’s nationwide network were evaluated using the same criteria and were assessed on the percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, sales and service customer experience, number of parts and quantity of accessories sold. The figures were then aggregated on a balanced scorecard to reveal the top dealer in each of the categories.

As well as Leslie’s Suzuki winning both national and regional dealer of the year accolades, five other businesses also received regional awards. These were Luscombe Suzuki (Leeds), C&M McDonald (Aberdeen), Horderns (Chapel-en-le-Frith), Brownings Suzuki (Melton Mowbray) and Pebley Beach (Cirencester).  Pearson Wemyss Bay was awarded Best Customer Experience.

Dale Wyatt, director of automobile at Suzuki GB, said: “Our award winners have shown exemplary standards of work and customer service, and without them, we would not be in the strong position that we find ourselves in today as we head into a new year and our vision for the future, starting with the all-new Swift Hybrid from next Spring.”

Also celebrating at the Gala Dinner were 17 dealers that received long service awards with the Suzuki brand. Ranging from 10 years through to an incredible 30 years as a Suzuki franchise, the award winners were as follows:
