Imperial Commercials is now offering live chat following the revamp of its website.
The van and truck specialist has modernised its website - www.imperialcommercials.co.uk - giving visitors to the site a new interactive function for its services.
The management and staff at its Volkswagen Commercial vehicle van centre in Derby, Nottingham and Stoke-on-Trent believe the new website allows further interaction with customers digitally as more people manage their businesses via laptops, tablets and smart phones.
The new features include an easier to navigate customer search function allowing users to find a vehicle by postcode and vehicle type plus a live chat facility.
Customers will now also have access to its database of new and used Volkswagen commercial vehicle range, available at its three sites in Derby, Nottingham and Stoke-on-Trent.
Franchise director Gareth Kaye said: “Comments have so far have been positive and we are already seeing that its renewed clarity has led to more sales.
“The most popular feature has been our live chat. It adds another dimension to the business and it is proving a beneficial tool for customers wanting a quick response.”
