Dealers are invited to have their say about the performance of the finance houses that support them.

Every major supplier of car finance is being rated in a major new survey from Sewells Research & Insight, specialist in researching first-hand what people on the retail ‘front-line’ think about products and suppliers.

The results will be used to help improve the standards of service provided by finance companies.

This survey looks at what dealers think and feel about the finance houses where they place their new car finance business and every dealer is eligible to provide a view.

In return, you have the option to be entered into a prize draw to win a £200 or one of 3 x £100 John Lewis vouchers.

Your responses will remain confidential, with only aggregated results share among finance companies.

The Sewells' Car Finance Survey has been a barometer of dealer opinion on finance company service levels for nearly 20 years. It has highlighted the emergence of PCPs as a dominant force in car retailing as well as the importance of training and the impact the combination of a strong finance company and good F&I manager can have on sales.

The survey has also highlighted need for change amongst suppliers: one finance company reviewed its customer service strategy as a result of the report and went from last postion in dealer ratings to first in three years by focussing on the top three priorities highlighted by its customers.
