Visitor registration for Automechanika Birmingham 2023 is now open, marking the event's return to the UK after a three-year absence.

Taking place at the NEC from June 6 to June 8 the automotive trade exhibition will be the first UK event since 2019 after the event due to take place in June last year was postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Brands exhibiting at the event include Alliance Automotive Group, Arnold Clark Autoparts, Bosch, HELLA, NGK, Snap-On, Tool Connection, and ZF Aftermarket.

Features also include a Workshop Training Hub delivering technical seminars on engine fault diagnostics, MOT, diesel, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS). There will also be a new Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Hub discussing EV and hybrid technology, and how garages can make the transition to EV repairs.

Messe Frankfurt UK said more than 500 exhibitors will come together from the aftermarket, offering visitors show deals and offers, as well as over 50 new product launches and giveaways worth over £50,000.

The event will also provide skills training, technical talks and topical discussions on current industry issues and new technology, as well as live demonstrations by industry experts.

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has also announced that it will be hosting its first Garage Awards in partnership with Automechanika Birmingham in 2023 to celebrate the garage industry.

Nominations for the Garage Awards are open, and the winners will be revealed at ceremony held on June 7 at Hilton Metropole NEC.

Tickets to Automechanika Birmingham 2023 are free for garage and workshop professionals, including free parking and breakfast.
